1) Everest Base Camp Trek

2) Annapurna Base Camp Trek

Annapurna Base Camp trek is the world class trekking trails in Nepal. It is a high glacial basin located in the north of Pokhara city. Annapurna Base Camp trek gives an extraordinary variety of ecosystem because of the unique combination of depths and height. It is surrounded by the snow giants, especially Annapurna Himalayan ranges and other peaks above the 7000 meters mark. So, it receives only 7 hours sunlight a day in summer season. A dense tropical forest of bamboo and Rhododendron covered the south facing slopes and the north facing slopes are covered by rain shadow. The sanctuary is considered sacred by both Hindus and Buddhists as it is believed to be the abode of their deities. Annapurna sanctuary was not opened for foreigners until 1956. It is also called an Annapurna Sanctuary Trek. 3) Everest Gokyo Lake Trek

4) Annapurna Circuit Trek

Annapurna circuit trek is a popular classic trekking route among the global trekkers. It is also well known as round Annapurna trek. It is an adventurous 160-230 Km hikes around the majestic Annapurna massif. Annapurna is located in the north-central part of Nepal. It has been preferred as the best long distance trek in the world. This trail is opened for foreign travelers since 1980s. The trek starts from a low altitude and it reaches a height of 5,416 meters at the Thorang La pass. Thorong La is the highest and challenging pass of the trek. This splendid pass is one of the best points on the face of the earth to view the sublime beauty of the mighty Himalayas. The trek crosses two different river valleys encircling the Annapurna range. Annapurna Circuit Trek begins at Beshisahar in the Marshyangdi river valley and ends up in the Kali Gandaki gorge. It is the deepest gorge in the world. The trail passes along paddy fields, sub-tropical forest, amazing waterfalls, huge cliffs and several villages. Depending on the trekker’s speed, the length of the side trips and rest days taken, it usually takes 10 to 15 days to complete the journey. 5) Upper Mustang Trekking

The upper mustang trek leads you into the hidden kingdom of Mustang. It is called Lo Earlier lo used to be a part of Tibetan empire. It offers an impressive trekking to the remote trans- Himalayan area which is influenced by Tibetan culture. The ultimate destination of upper mustang trekking is Lo Manthang, which is also the capital of upper mustang. 6) Ghorepani Poon hill Trekking

This trek is also referred as the Annapurna sunrise view trek. It is one of the best short treks in Annapurna. The main specialty of this trip is that within a short period of time you will be able to see the breathtaking views of mountains from Poon hill view point. The whole of Ghorepani is densely forested with rhododendron trees, the national flower of Nepal. There lies numbers of villages like Ghorepani, Ulleri, aGndruk, where you will get to see the picture of Nepalese life as well as others community’s people and the way they maintain peace and harmony among one another. 7) Langtang Valley Trekking

Langtang Valley Trekking is one of the best and popular holiday trekking routes among the trekkers inside Nepal which was highly affected by the earthquake of 2014. Also, this is the nearest Himalayan trekking region from Kathmandu valley. 105 Kilometers to the northern side and it is about seven hours bus ride from Kathmandu valley. Offered with many natural, cultural and other beautiful charms, Langtang valley route is among the busy routes for trekking after Everest and Annapurna Region.

Surrounded by the icy glaciers originated from the almighty Himalayas, this region is also known as Valley of Glaciers. Langtang Valley is encircled by the mountain peaks like Langtang Lirung, Langtang Ri, Dorje Lakpa, Langshisa Ri and Langtang Himal is what worth making a trip to this region. Starting from lower Langtang Valley, the trial offers you the view of varieties of rhododendron, bamboo forests, majestic waterfalls, rugged rock, streams and the snow-capped Himalayas all along the way you reach up to the final point. Despite being a Nepalese state and inhabited by Nepalese people, this region is highly influenced by Tibetan culture. This region once used to be the major trading route to with Tibet. Hence once you reach up to there, you can experience mixed Nepalese and Tibetan culture. Exploring more about this region, we can visit Kyanjin Gompa which is believed to be the oldest Buddhist monastery of this region. Kyanjin Gompa is also a name of a place named after this gompa, where we can see a cheese factory. And the cheese produced from this factory is famous all over the country.

8) Tsum Valley Trekking

Tsum valley trek in which lies the culturally diverse and mesmerizing beauty of Himalaya this can be seen from its trail. There lies place were sacred Himalayan pilgrimage is situated, which is also known as hidden valley. Tsum itself has a very broader meaning which means vivid, derived from the Tibetan word. The local peoples are mostly from the Tibetan community and speak their own dialect. This region is very rich in ancient art, culture, and religion. Talking about the trail these are spread with artistic chortens and lines with mani walls made of thousand of stone slabs carved with drawings of god and goddess along with the prayers. Trek begins from Arughat in Gorkha district. This region is opened for tourism only a few years ago, Tsum Valley offers authentic traditional culture plus breathtaking beauty and big mountain views.

9) Mohare Danda Trek

Mohare Danda Trek is one of the beautiful short treks in the foothills of Annapurna area which is a new trail discovered by Nepal government. Mohare Danda is a name of the viewpoint from where you can see spectacular mountain views better than Ghorepani Poon Hill. This trek is a model of Eco community lodge trek where you can stay at the local eco-community lodges and eats local food to promote and support local people. While on this trek, you walk inside the dense forest along the bank of Kali Gandaki River, Kaligandai is the deepest gorge in the world. Moreover, you will be overwhelmed by beautiful landscapes, valleys, and mountains.

10) Upper Dolpo Trek

Upper Dolpo is an ancient Tibetan kingdom located in the northeast part of Nepal. It was only opened to trekkers in 1990. Dolpo region is the most remote and least developed district in Nepal. Only the few anthropologist and geographer had explores the region. It is one of the remote trekking in ancient Buddhist lands and it’s a journey into the kingdom of guru Rinpoche. Dolpo region situated between the Tibetan plateau and the Dhaulagiri Himalayan range is the highest inhabited land of Dolpo. This is the land full of rugged natural beauty. The trekking is suitable for that person who wants to understand the remoteness and exotic beauty of nature.”
